ORIGINMILESTONE

The Original Draft: Written at 18

Six years before a single line of code was written, these pages existed.

My dad planted the seed. I was 18, a complete mess, but I was on fire with ideas. I told my brother he was the co-founder. I was the CEO. We were going to build a boxing game and change the world.

I sat down and wrote everything out by hand. The trailer storyboard — a poor guy picks up gloves, trains badly, gets better, almost loses his first fight but gets knocked down and sees visions of all his training, gets back up, wins. Keeps training. Switches gyms. Cuts from victory to victory. Walks into the world championship. Wins with a very impressive combo. And I quote my 18-year-old self: 'wins and becomes world champion and gets hella money and bitches.'

The MVP checklist: visualization of fights, ability to train fighters, preview of marketplace, sick website.

Every single item on that list got built. Six years later, by one person, using technology that didn't exist when these pages were written.

I also wrote 'What we got: Programmer, designer' at the top of one page. We had neither. We had two teenagers with a dream and a stack of paper.

The charitable vision was there too — even at 18, the plan was to fly to developing countries, build gyms, support education and sports infrastructure, document the whole thing. That became the '10% For Good' pledge on the website.

I thought I'd thrown these pages out. Found them at 4AM while recording voice notes for the devlog. Some things survive for a reason.
