MILESTONEFOUNDER

No Plan B

People ask me what happens if this doesn't work out. I don't have an answer because I genuinely don't think about it. Not once during this entire build has the thought 'I can't do this' entered my mind.

I just do it. Small steps. One pass at a time. It was never really hard. Frustrating, sure — things not going my way, regressions, 5-attempt rendering bugs. But never hard. It's always 'how can I improve this, how can I make the pipeline better, how can I automate that.'

The biggest sacrifice? I honestly don't think I've sacrificed anything. If anything, ChampChase saved me. This project showed me what I'm capable of when I stop doing stupid shit and channel everything into something real.

Even if this goes nowhere — and I don't believe it will — I owe it everything. It makes me excited to wake up. It makes me anxious to go to sleep because there are so many things I could be doing. I only have two hands and a certain number of hours in the day.

People keep asking about the ADHD. When I'm in it, the whole world turns off. Six terminals, sometimes seven, sometimes nine. Nothing else exists. Mountain biking through Latvian forests is the same — full send, no half measures. That's just how I'm wired.

So no. There's no Plan B. There doesn't need to be.

The dream right now: get end-to-end tested on my phone by the end of this month. Meet my brother this weekend, get a local build installed on my phone through his MacBook (because iOS policies are what they are). If the golden path works — menu, story, fight, hub, inventory, everything — then TestFlight goes out to family and friends. Then closed beta waves.

Then the world.

But first — I'm going to the store. I'm buying pomegranates. I'm buying watermelon even if it's not in season. I'm going to have one feast like a king. I love cooking. I love good food. And right now things are tight.

That's going to change.

'Welcome to ChampChase. This is your hub.' — it works. It actually works.
