Ladies and Gentlemen, We Got 'Em

It's on my phone.

Drove to my brother's place. Plugged into his MacBook. Xcode build. Install. Launch.

ChampChase. Running locally on my actual phone. Fully functional.

Menu loads. Story plays. Fights work. Hub navigates. Inventory opens. Training starts. The whole golden path — beginning to end — on a screen I can put in my pocket.

My brother recorded the entire thing. The build, the install, the first launch. We watched it together. No Unity editor. No remote desktop. Just a real app on a real phone doing exactly what it's supposed to do.

I don't have anything profound to say. The last post was a novel. This one's simple.

It works. TestFlight is next. Then family and friends. Then closed beta.

Then the world.
